Midwest Mayhem 2026 is bringing an explosive lineup of rock and metal to Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Hosted by Khaos Productions, this all-ages event features national touring acts alongside some of the Midwest’s most powerful bands for a full day of heavy music and unforgettable live performances.

Join us Saturday, June 6 at the Arena Park Building for an incredible lineup headlined by Saliva, with performances from Saving Vice, Left on Red, Divine Sorrow, Poetry on Fire, Resider, Roderik, S5X, Stories Through Storms, The Doubted, and Stoko.

Doors open at 12PM. Tickets are $45 in advance and $55 day of show.
